Hotel Ritual Sireno Torremolinos - Adults Only

Very dissapointed in my stay here! My single room was on the 1st floor. My room had no natural light, because there was no balcony & the only window in the room backed onto the fire escape - Which staff & guests used at will despite being told not to. The room itself was weird, the entrance to the bathroom was so narrow that unless you are skinny you would need to walk in sideways to fit through it! The shower had no shower curtain or any screen to stop the water, so using it meant the rest of the bathroom got wet! There was only 1 hook for towels & a hairdryer wasn't provided. Hardly 3*!! Every other room has a balcony, so clearly if you are travelling alone they don't care about you. Some staff were very friendly others were just plain rude including 1 female receptionist who really needs to go to back to customer service school! On the last day some other friends staying in the hotel had paid for a late check out so I went to reception to ask for a towel. I was rudely told 'No because you have been taking drinks from outside to the rooftop despite being told not to' No one had spoken to me in the entire 8 night stay, there had not been any issue & yet somehow I'm now being shouted at and refused a towel?? Seriously? I argued back for a while & then decided to go ask another member of staff for one. Ridiculous behaviour from her & reading some of the other reviews it's clearly the same person! The rooftop was lovely, although there aren't many sunloungers. I had breakfast included & that was decent however on my last day l, I bit into a pastry only to find mould on the inside of it. When I showed it to the lady in the kitchen her response was to laugh!! Another lady did come over and offer me a few others pastries about 30 mins later but by that point I wasn't hungry & I felt it was really unacceptable to laugh at something so serious. The good bits like decent air con, comfy beds & pillows did not make up for the rest especially considering the price. Yes it's in a great location but I've paid a lot less to stay in other 3☆ hotels & I definitely wouldn't come back here.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Habitación amplia, cómoda y silenciosa. Repetiré. Es cierto que el estado general no es el óptimo pero por todo lo demás muy recomendable.

Vi booket første natta her. Litt overrasket i frokosten da menn kom hånd i hånd. I følge taxi sjåfører var dette et hotell for menn. Greie rom og i sentrum

Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y tranquilas , y cabe destacar la zona de la piscina y restaurante , con unas vistas preciosas y muy acogedor

Very clean and excellent facilities. Room very big and bed super comfortable - nicer than the beds at Ritual!

Bonne solution quand le Ritual est complet. Comme toujours avec cette chaîne l’hébergement est très basique, propre mais les chambres ont besoin de rénovations. Tout service est payant 16€ facturés pour un check-out à 14h, 50€ pour 18h. Pas de mouchoirs en papier dans les chambres. Produits d’hygiène ainsi que le thé et le café de mauvaise qualité.

L'équipe du restaurant était exceptionnelle. Hyper accueillante. Merci pour tout. La chambre était correcte mais sans balcon. Le petit déjeuner était complet et varié. Pour une semaine de séjour c'est parfait. Petit bémol pour les professionnelles de l'accueil qui sont moins chaleureuses et accueillantes. Je ne parle pas des hommes à l'accueil qui eux sont très sympathiques. Attention aux ascenseurs qui sont vieillissants et très lents. On adoré l'accès vip à l'hôtel ritual. C'est un grand plus même si le roof top du sireno est très bien. Pourriez vous indiquer aux clients la possibilité de cet accès au ritual car nous l'avons su grâce à un autre client qui nous a dit de demander les bracelets à l'accueil. Nous avons été très satisfait dans l'ensemble. Recommandé vivement.

Jag var skeptiskt och hade låga förväntningar. Men jag blev positivt överraskad. Läget kan inte bli bättre om man vill ha närheten till staden. Allt finns precis utanför dörren. 10 min till stranden till fots och lika långt till systerhotellet. Att få nyttja det hotellets faciliteter gör att jag gärna bokar detta Hotel igen. Frukosten var riklig och god. Men kanske inte direkt varierande. En del personal var väldigt tillmötesgående, andra inte. Men det var inget som störde. Väldigt bra ac. Ganska tyst Hotel trots att stadens nattliv är precis utanför. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka.
