This hotel has a good location. We appreciated the access to Hotel Ritual. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the ac was cold. The only thing requiring attention is the clarity of the pool water. The staff was super friendly, including the chef. We would stay here again.
Firstly the front desk man was very friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is horrible. I always stay at their other hotel (Ritual) but couldn't book for my last night. The room was dirty. The drapes were falling off the rod. The paint job was horrible. It looked like a motel for $59.00 in middle America. It was actually more expensive than their other hotel which is in much better shape.

Always a very friendly welcome at front desk.. very informative.. Lovel;y top floor terrace with small plunge pool, ideal for the Spanish heat. Terrace restaurant staff welcomimg and good service. Food excellent with generous portions. Very comfortable stay as always.
Great location, room is large and has everything you need, but our room was recently painted and the fumes were so overpowering that we left through the night and found alternate accommodation (there is no 24 hour reception). We assumed that the smell would have been gone by airing the room out, but it didn’t. I contacted the hotel via email afterwards and they apologised but offered no other form of compensation- a bit poor for a company which only specialises in hospitality. I would not recommend.
Great breakfast staff and reception
GBExceptionally friendly clean hotel catering for adults only for a basic 3* hotel was very impressed. We stayed off season so there was limited entertainment but they have a sister hotel which was more lively. Breakfasts were pleasant though the same each day. Would stay again
Hotel is well situated in the centre and has what you are looking for but it just lacks finesse. The ritual is a much better stay.
