Uncomplicated and welcoming. The room was kept tidy and clean with a high effort. The floor in the room is worn out, the bathroom facilities are outdated.
Hotel económico, "reciclado" de un establecimiento anterior. Se le ha dado un lavado de cara, pero lo mínimo. Las instalaciones son poco relevantes y el personal, en ocasiones, parece poco interesado en el cliente. Lo único claramente positivo es la ubicación, siempre y cuando busques estar cerca de La Nogalera (en otro caso, ni eso).

Personell hjalp oss å sjekke inn over tlf da de plutselig hadde slittet med døgmbemanning, og vi hadde ikke ankommet hotellet før ansatte dro hjem for natten. Personell var utrolig snille og gjorde en stressende situasjon veldig mye bedre. Svært fornøyd med beliggenhet da det var veldig sentralt og alt man trengte var i nærheten. Noen ansatte var veldig behjelpelige og gjorde det lille ekstra. Var der utenfor sesongen høysesong og det var generelt få andre å se på hotellet. Det er kun et lite basseng, men som gjest her kunne man besøke et annet hotell med større basseng (besøkte ikke dette selv).
ESSpent only 1 night but was impressed how the hotel has improved since my first visit. I first stayed a few days after it opened March 2022 and then there was a lot of snagging issues. My only issue was the lack of English speaking channels on the TV.
IEHotel is very well placed in centre of town. Rooms are clean but they are in serious need of updating they’ve just painted over the old tiles etc and wood work in bathrooms etc is all very damaged not a real issue but also not great. Rooftop and pool area is small but fab decent city views, didn’t get a chance to eat in the restaurant but looked good. Reception staff most were very friendly the blonde lady needs a personality update very rude and no interest in hotel guest. The biggest plus is we could use the facilities in ritual ( where we would have stayed only it was booked out for our dates ) no comparison on quality between both, rituals much better experience.
Always a pleasure. We needed a relaxing place to stay for 6 days in between moving house. As always this provided the relaxation, service and everything we needed.
Beautiful place , lovely staff , great location. We'll come back for sure.

Ubicación excelente. El personal muy disponible y servicial. Jesús del bar de la terraza muy amable y profesional. Lo recomiendo y volveré! ^_^
Todo genial, aunque eché en falta persionas en la habitación o unas cortinas que dieran más oscuridad, entraba demasiada luz.
