Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa

Very nice hotel. Great location.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing on the higher floors. The roof terrace is great for a relaxing drink and chill out. The location is superb. The food is extremely disappointing if you are expecting hot tasty food. Regardless of what time you go in for food it is always just warm. The variety of meats cheeses and salads was exceptional but trying to create a proper meat meal was a challenge. We unfortunately had to eat elsewhere most days/nights. The entertainment was very hit and miss and they often just cancelled the mini disco and quiz shows with no notice. The rooms are quite small but totally adequate. We wouldn’t go all inclusive again but would definitely go back to the hotel as we now know where to go for decent entertainment.

The rooms are lovely, however the food was poor and building work right under our room we weren’t informed of at or after booking woke me up at 7.30 on the first morning. Location great but wouldn’t stay again

Great location - close to Levante beach and only 5 min walk to the top of the strip but far enough away not be kept awake by noise. No stags or hens allowed at the hotel which is good for a couples break. Great view from the 15th floor - lovely pool area and food breakfast choice but they do start to clear everything away very swiftly- so don’t go down to breakfast thinking you can rock up 5 minutes before it ends ! Recommended

Hotel was nice and clean. Restaurant staff very friendly m, bar staff not as much. Didn’t like the glass walls for the bathroom and shower always flooded. Food in the restaurant was nice, but snack bar not as much. Snacks and food should have been available in restaurant throughout the day. Overall enjoyed the hotel, but would do All inclusive there again

All the hotel staff were friendly & helpful. There is a great selection of food at meal times.

Absolutely lovely spacious hotel . Spotless everywhere great pool area great entertainment . On the downside I had a sea view room which I thought I had before but this was a lot smaller bed was more like a 4 ft size . Bathroom with a massive glass window looking straight onto the bed area / room glass door no PRiVACY at all no lock on bathroom door . It might as well have had no door or window as it was all see through .Made the room like a bed sit ! Was not for me or my husband as we don't feel like we being watched on toilet also if the cleaner came in room and you were in shower / toilet how embarrassing it would be !!

The pool area is good and has plenty of beds, I didn't like the lifts they are overly complicated.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, great food options at the buffet, friendly staff, great pool area, nice quiet location within an easy walk to the action and moments from the beach, the only negative is the AWFUL lift system they have in place - can be waiting literally 15 mins for a lift and staying on the 10th floor stairs weren’t really an option! No floor buttons to press in the lift, you select your floor on a screen outside the lift and a computer calculates what lift goes where, if they could change this it would be 10/10 as just too long a wait and sadly everyone saying the same thing. A great hotel though.

Lovely stay, great location and staff very friendly. Would recommend and stay again. Pool area is fab for location in Benidorm.
