Really impressed with this hotel Lifts are shocking tho Will definitely be back Pool is freezing cold

Like : nothing. Staff ignorant and rude. Nothing is advertised on Expedia about the extensive building work taking place. Building a new part of hotel. We had banging, drilling, load Spanish shouting, dust from 7.30 till 6.30.i asked to change rooms due to my 80 year old mother's severe asthma was lied to and said no rooms available - I showed proof they had rooms for sale, I was told I could pay extra I said no. I have emails that prove I asked not to be right next to it but some sadistic employee put us right next door to it 812. I have photis and videos. No one could care less. Food cold and mediocre - do not go here until after work us finished. Dust everywhere. Expedia a waste of time. Had £150 refund on account but my. Mother is now ill all because no one coukd be bothered. I want a full refund for me and our friends who had a disgusting stay. I asked everyday for a change of room nothing. Will never use Expedia, hotels. Com again Will go through small claims court or visa to obtain full refund

Good location within easy access to the beach bars etc. Breakfast was fantastic! Staff were friendly. Lifts were ok for us as we were on the 2nd floor and we were also away from the building work going on next door. Bathroom is ok if going with a partner but we went as a Mother, Auntie and Nephew and the glass door on the bathroom was a little awkward, also as the shower doesn’t completely shut the water from it sometimes leaked into the bedroom area. However, in the whole would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have has the booking for approximately 9 months, 6 months ago building work started on a extension to the Hotel. We were not told anything about it or we would have cancelled, not only that but we put directly in front of it. I messaged the hotel twice fir a low floor and had no response, so they put us in the 8th floor, the lifts are eco friendly so you have to wait fir ages sometimes

It was a lovely hotel but the position of it is bit wayout for us.The breakfast wasn't warm

Works next door . So very loud . NO BALCONY!! ??
