Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa

I had to move rooms next day as the door was burst open in bathroom could not close no privacy and all the water would not flush away in in sink blocked had move I’m disabled and did not need this I was exhausted and the building work was horrendous workers every where banging since 8 in the morning there was notice from the hotel to warn us I should be compensated for this through hotels .com shocking

Stayed here 2 nights recently, spotless clean bedroom , breakfast was fabulous. Great location would definitely stay again

Building work going on, which starts at 7.30am until 9pm. Doing a big extension. Crane near pool area too & knocking, drilling all day. Wasn't informed about this & booked 9 months prior. Food nice & a good choice too. Arrived 10.30pm & told there is cold buffet, which was sufficient with being late. All-inclusive drinks finishes 11pm & after that you pay. One cocktail of the day on daily, but if you ask for a certain cocktail, they can't do it in the inclusive, but if you tell them what to put in the drink, then can make it. Bizzare!. Rooftop bar isn't inclusive with the drinks. You pay. We took a couple up from main bar. Clean hotel, friendly, but the noise was a let down. Wouldn't let me add the photos

Very nice ,good choice at breakfast but some items were cold,no coffee in the room

Not what I thought from the photos. Was very much a package deal hotel which isn’t what we wanted

Property has a lot of building work going on couldnt open our curtains due to workmen on other side

We booked a holiday originally at another hotel which was awful and dirty. The Port Benidorm was absolutely lovely. Very clean, beautiful room. The food was great and plenty of choices. Friendly, helpful staff. The spa is also fantastic.

Lovely staff, clean and fresh room. Bathroom with all amenities supplied. At last a hotel with lots of hangers in the wardrobes

Hotel is absolutely beautiful, big area for sun loungers round the pool, gorgeous rooftop bar. Fantastic location. Glass bathroom wall means when turning the light on through the night you wake your partner. Half glass shower door, does not keep the water in, floor was soaked. Breakfast looked fantastic but was cold and tasteless.
