The hotel is in an excellent location, a short walk from the Cathedral and the aquaduct. The room was very comfortable with a view over the plain. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only slight inconvenience was having nowhere to hang dresses as wardrobe was too short and there are no hooks on any doors.

La ubicación es excelente,, la amabilidad del personal de recepción.

El desayuno no nos gustó nada, y es caro para lo que ofrecen y la calidad. M,uy cerca hay muchas cafeterías con mejores opciones. En la habitación he echado de menos detalles, que otros hoteles de su categoría sí tienen, .bolsas para ropa sucia, zapatillas ..

Too much noice of the Airco. The price of the hotel is too high for this standard.

"Very nice hotel in the city center of Segovia."

Location was fabulous right in the pedestrian zone. Staff was very courteous.

Noise from the location, but I believe there was a festival going on. We asked for a quiet room; not sure if that was the quietest room available.
