The view from our room was stunning. It’s a very nice property that needs major upgrades. It has a lot of potential if renovated. Needs AC in the room and upgraded mattresses. Breakfast was better than dinner.

The best hotel for fantastic panoramic lake views, friendly staff and welcome drink on arrival. Parking on site. Breakfast average. The patio area is very relaxing with incredible views. Hotel shuttle takes you to and from Bellagio in around 10 minutes which is very convenient as finding somewhere to park in Bellagio is difficult. Only downside was there being no iron in the room and the bathroom was dated and looking tired. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and a great place to stay in Bellagio. Thank you.

This property is well taken care of and has an amazing view. We had originally had booked three family suites but their set up had changed since we booked. They gave us 4 rooms that had just been finished. They were amazing with panoramic views!

I'm almost reluctant to review this, because I don't want it to become harder for me to re-book in future! This hotel is a dream. Truly fantastic. The staff are attentive, personal, warm and inviting. It's the perfect summer holiday location for adults. Truly a remarkable place. Skip the really touristy places right in Bellagio, and stay here instead.

This is our third visit. It never disappoints. The best view of Bellagio. The food is top notch and the service is great. We will definitely be back.

Lovely rwo night stay at this hotel just outside Bellagio. Our room was very clean and had a fabulous balcony overlooking Lake Como. Breakfast was very good and dinner nice too. Staff was very friendly. Handy shuttle service to an from town.

Wow what a special hotel experience. You can’t beat the views of Lake Como from the patio. The restaurant is a must. Rooms were comfortable and beautiful.

The hotel is in a stunning location with magnificent views. We stayed in newly renovated suites with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Upon arrival, a complimentary drink was offered. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the lakefront, which is a great way to visit the old town without using a car. Departure and return times need to be arranged at the reception. (This is a convenient option for visiting the old town without a car and getting around easily.) A dream getaway in this charming boutique hotel.
