Great staff, excellent views.

Views from the room Were incredible! The service was awesome. We are very happy with our stay. The shuttle into town was very convenient and the driver was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Would definitely come back!

WOW – Just Incredible! We couldn’t be more grateful for our stay here. The location is absolutely perfect, and the views are simply unforgettable. The rooms were spotless and comfortable—ideal for resting and refreshing after full days of exploring. Honestly, don’t spend too much time inside—there’s so much beauty and excitement just outside your door! A massive thank you to the staff—they went above and beyond for us. So friendly, warm, and full of helpful tips that made our trip even better. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The location of this hotel is beyond perfect. What a view from our room. We booked a superior Lake Room. The room was very clean and had a comfy bed. The free shuttle service they offer to and from Bellagio town centre was very helpful. Staff very friendly, always happy to help. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay! Would recommend this hotel.

Great property with some amazing views that my wife and I won't soon forget. I will say though that while the service was good, the team they have in place was pulled in many directions and seemed to be a bit crazed quite often. The Front Desk Manager was also in charge of their shuttle service and when she was on a run there was no one there to handle internal room issues. Joy was amazing though and even took us on a shuttle ride when she originally wasn't going to be able to, so we could make our boat ride we had scheduled. Also, the room we had was small, with a very small bathroom...especially the shower...so just be prepared if you are a larger guy. There is NO elevator on the property, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to your room if you are on one of the higher floors. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING and the views from the terrace they have were incredible. The wait staff were very attentive and they had great options for wine and cocktails.

The views were amazing and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean. The air con wasn’t working so the room was hot. There was ceiling fan which cooled the room slightly. A shuttle was provided each day to take you down to Bellagio ( have to give 30 mins notice), but at times were picked up earlier. The only complaint is that on our last night we went to the bar at 19.45 to have a drink and enjoy the views when we were told by the women working at the bar/restaurant that she was too busy to serve us drinks and to come back at 22.00 when she was less busy! Altho great views would recommend to stay around ferry port then have the bars/restaurants within walking distance and don’t have to rely on hotel shuttle bus or staff being too busy to serve drinks.

Loved this place!! Very friendly staff, new suite had incredible views!!! The hotel offers shuttle service from the center of town all day. The view from the lake can’t be beaten, as gorgeous as can go! Very nice retreat from the crowds and noise of the town. Would definitely stay here again

We loved this place!! The views are INCREDIBLE, the staff are very kind and accommodating, and the free shuttle service is so convenient! The on site parking made it easy for us to leave our car there during the day. I would absolutely come back again for another stay!

We had an incredible stay – this hotel delivered a continuous wow factor from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, the room was stunning, and the food was delicious. We were thrilled to discover that the suite we had booked had recently been refurbished – it was absolutely exquisite. The hotel was immaculate throughout, with beautifully maintained grounds and an overall sense of care and attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive. They had asked for feedback on the room, and the couple of minor suggestions we shared were addressed during our stay – a real mark of great service. The restaurant food was a highlight. We did experience a couple of small miscommunications, one with the shuttle transfer (a funky VW ID Buzz!) and another with a massage booking, but these were minor and didn’t take away from the overall experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone – it was as close to perfect as it gets.
