This is an amazing place!!! I could not be happier. The room had a beautiful lake view, new upgrades and comfortable bed plus many amenities. The staff, so kind! The views are off the charts beautiful - just breathtaking views. We were going to have dinner in town, but decided to stay at hotel as the menu looked nice and there could not be nicer views. The food was amazing good, service was top notch, - i recommend highly.

Our stay was pretty good we were look after well by the hotel staff!!! Shuttle service from hotel to Bellagio centre is very good! Breakfast every morning is well prepared and varied food choices. But I’m not done yet!!! The View is phenomenal! I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel anytime. 😀 A few suggestions would be a welcome drink station as it can be to hot during the summer. An ice machine we be handy and just some soft furnishings on the room. Having to say that we still totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family. Ciao!❤️

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so polite and courteous. They really went out of their way to assist you with everything you needed. Transportation was a plus. The food was pretty good as well. The highlight was definitely the amazing views. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Location lovely, stunning views. Rooms nice and comfortable. Bathroom was quite small, however was more than workable for a short stay. The staff were fantastic, really helpful and the the shuttle bus to town was a fantastic added bonus.

Great location with views over Bellagio and lake Como. Located a fair distance out side town but hotel provided an ev shuttle bus to and from town centre. Slight negative due to needing to book a table for dinner some hours in advance caused a problem for us one evening.

Good amenities of the property

The hotel staff was amazing. They greeted us and provided a welcome glass of prosecco with the most amazing view of Lake Como. The hotel was recently renovated and the finishes are amazing. My birthday experience here was superb

I absolutely loved the front desk staff. Friendly and helpful, Thank you Corine and Joy. The views take your breath away. We stayed at newly renovated rooms that were comfortable, well decorated and stocked. Thank you, we’ll be back.

Absolutely everything about this property is top notch. The way they care about their clients is unmatched. We loved every aspect of our visit. Be sure to book a dinner reservation when you book your room.
