The Staff was amazing $ so kind, helpful, & friendly. The room was spacious & had the most incredible view of our entire 3 week trip. Bed was comfortable. Dinner was fantastic, parking easy, & shuttle to town great.

Can’t beat the staff, the views and the food. Transportation down to town was the icing!

The last time we stayed in Bellagio, we stayed downtown. Although conveniently located, you heard the noise of everyone. This gem is licated in the hills out from th city with fantastic views, great staff and wines and free transportation in and out of town. I would return in a hearbeat I

This was our honeymoon stay after getting married in Tuscany the week before. We had read glowing reviews of this hotel and sadly were bitterly disappointed. The two good points - staff and food. Staff - all wonderfully polite and unfortunately apologetic. Food - breakfast same every day but okay. Dinner very nice. The rest - awful. We stayed in room 1 - a tiny box room with tiny bed and not enough room to open cases. The room that evening was boiling hot - we had to sleep with the window and door open. There are huge pipes running in the walls and floor causing an abnormal temperature of the room. When we informed reception the next morning, they told us to see how we go the next night. I refused as having awful sleep ruined our day, so they moved us and explained that they’d blocked the room until an engineer could fix it at the weekend. Then the second room shower

To criticise would be disingenuous, as there was building work and upgrades being caried out The staff were excellent, cleaners and bar staff superb. The front desk reception was good but the real star was Madi the assistant manager. She could get a top job at any world class hotel. Speaking 4 languages and a real flair for customer service she is 10 out of 10. She was brilliant.

Staff so helpful and kind. Amazing room and fantastic views.

Fabulous view, very hospitable staff and great accommodations for my family. The view was breathtaking.
