Great location not far from Malaga airport, big variety of quality food, spectacular views from the rooms to the sea.

Bathroom sanitaryware was hard to control - hot water vs cold water, need to be improved. Variety of snacks could be better. We were disappointed by the woman who worked at the pool bar on June 14–16, 2026. We do not remember her exact name, but it started with the letter “V”. She was very rude and unfriendly, not only towards us but also towards other guests. Whenever you approached the bar to ask for a drink, she would always respond with annoyance and a negative attitude. Employees with this kind of behavior should not be working with people who come to relax and enjoy their holidays. She spoiled several days of our vacation by the pool. Our children became afraid to go to the bar and ask her for drinks because of the way she treated guests. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant. We believe her behavior was unacceptable and far below the standard of customer service expected at a holiday resort.

Las instalaciones, las maravillosas vistas al mal, el olor, el hall, las hamacas y piscinas, lo cerca de la playa que estaba y el desayuno.

Por recalcar algo, pondría un gimnasio un poco más grande y con un horario más amplio. Pondría tumbonas en la playa, puesto que las que estaban allí formaban parte de otro negocio que no era el del hotel, lo que al menos para mí me supuso un suplemento.

La un hotel de 4 stele cu check in facut online sa stai in fața recepționerului Fernando 15 minute cu documentele în fața și apoi să îl intrebi dacă sunt probleme și el să-ți răspundă ca și-a facut treaba lui și acum se apucă de verificat, la care mai stai 35 de minute în fața lui… mi se pare lipsă de respect. L-am rugat dacă se poate să ne cazam puțin mai devreme (măcar o cameră ) pentru că avem un copil de un an și jumătate cu noi și de la ora 12 întrebând din jumătate în jumătate de oră ne-a tot amânat pana la ora 15 când ne-a oferit cheile de la camere. In camera sa nu ai papuci, halat de baie, minibar, produse de îngrijire (ras,păr,dantură,dischete, bețișoare, ac și ață ) și la masa de seară să scoată din sala de mese și aparatele de apă plată pentru a te “obliga” să consumi ceva de la bar mi se pare foarte urat … oricum consumai ceva de la bar, dar din plăcere nu așa cum au procedat ei …
