De all inclusive voorwaarden. Kwamen op donderdag laat aan. Dus geen gebruik gemaakt van die hele dag. Nog wel diner. Zondag om 12:00 verliep all inclusive. We vlogen ‘s avonds. Rest van de dag dus betalen. Ze gaven nog wel voucher voor lunch, maar alleen in hotel. Dus je mocht daar niet van eten bij het zwembad. Zwembad ligt apart en moet je eerst stuk langs strand lopen om vervolgens naar de 8ste verdieping te gaan voor lunch. Waarom niet een voucher die ook bij zwembad geldt? All inclusive liep tot 12:00, maar eten bij zwembad is pas vanaf 13:00 uur. Dus zelf maar betaald bij het zwembad. Personeel daar wist er overigens niks vanaf dat wij tot 12:00 nog gratis drinken konden halen, want op laatste y

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The food is mostly geared towards British guests, the breakfast is always the same, but the dinner has a nice variety and a lot of the things were very tasty. The hotel was good value for money, we had a half board setup. The beds are huge and very comfortable. Technically the entire hotel has a sea view, we paid for a sea view but all rooms except maybe the bottom two floors have a sea view since the entire hotel faces the sea lol.

There are two pools and the people stand in line 30min before opening to get a spot. There just isn't enough room for all the guests. The hotel doesn't have it's own beach loungers, and paying for them on your own is pretty expensive. The location is not great, there is literally nothing around. One market and two restaurants outside of the hotel. There is a good bus and train connection to other places but this location is mostly empty. The coffee in the coffee machine at breakfast is awful. It is advertised as espresso but you can taste it's actually instant coffee, almost undrinkable.

For a 4-star hotel, I did expect a more high-end experience. There were no amenity kits on arrival, and the room felt slightly dated and damp. The balcony was small, and there were a lot of ants due to a bird’s nest located in one of the ceiling corners. I did request that it be cleaned, but they only sprayed the ants and didn’t carry out a proper clean afterwards, so I returned to a pile of dead ants. The food did not meet my expectations and felt heavily geared towards tourists, with little to no authentic Spanish cuisine. Pork was served every single day at both lunch and dinner, just prepared in different sauces. The food was inconsistent, sometimes overly salted and sometimes under-seasoned. The adult pool area was quite small, and the bar service was poorly managed. Priority was given to guests on the restaurant side rather than the pool area, which meant I had to queue for quite a while just to get a bottle of water. Not being able to self-serve drinks at lunch and dinner was also frustrating. Aside from a couple of individuals, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excellent. Overall, the cost of this stay and the experience did not align, it felt significantly overpriced for what was offered.

Lo que más me gustó indudablemente fueron las vistas y la ubicación, la comida también bastante buena en el buffet y variedad. En general me voy con buen sabor de boca

No me gustó que teniendo el todo incluido los cócteles no eran nada buenos y el horario de los bares y piscinas para mi gusto un poco cortos,destacar también la mala experiencia con un camarero en el bar bonita y el trato que le ví dando a una empleada,nada adecuado delante del público además..
