"Amazing hotel, amazing staff apart the extremely rude receptionist"

The food was exceptional as were the cleanliness and 99% of staff. The only exception was one of the reception staff. He was a younger gentleman but was extremely rude every time I spoke to him despite me being respectful.

As noted above, one particular gentleman in reception was consistently rude. In particular when I was due to leave for the airport at 6pm, I realised that I had left my fleece jumper in my hotel room when I’d checked out earlier that day. I approached the reception and asked the receptionist (previously always rude) to check if my fleece had been found. He lifted his phone and spoke quick in Spanish and then told me it was not found. I had a distinct feeling he was lying. So I waited to speak to another receptionist (who was very pleasant) who checked and confirmed that my fleece had been handed in by the cleaners. Therefore confirming my suspicions that the rude receptionist was lying.

Lo unico a mejorar el almuerzo y la cena poca variedad y no muy buena calidad pero por lo demas todo perfecto!!

El hotel es precioso. Las vistas increíbles y el personal estupendo. Nos gustó mucho la habitación, la piscina y la playa que hay justo debajo. Muy relajante en la noche. Todo genial.

Había que esperar mucho para subirte al ascensor.

"Un bon séjour pour se détendre et se couper de la ville !"

L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, un front de mer très dépaysant.

La qualité du buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Il était assez complet mais pas qualitatif. Il n’y a pas d’eau dans la chambre excepté le premier jour (2 petites bouteilles). Donc quand il fait 30 degrés il faut aller au supermarché. Il n’y a pas de mini bar, pas de room service, et un service limité en restauration. L’accès à la plage est existant mais il n’y a pas d’installation, il faut payer les transats à la journée. Dernière chose : les ascenseurs sont extrêmement petit pour la taille de l’hôtel, il y a pas mal d’attente et une fois à l’intérieur il ne faut pas être claustrophobe !

La fruta del desayuno y los horarios. Están muy enfocados a turismo extranjero y adaptan los horarios para ellos... Cierran pronto piscina y restaurantes/bares
