Hotel Haus am Zoo

We reserved this hotel to visit Euroshop trade fair. When our taxi dropped us off at the hotel lobby and we registered, we were told we now could walk with our luggage in cold and rainy weather for over one kilometre, crossing many roads and traffic to reach our apartment. There was no direct phone or communication with the hotel. We had to walk this every morning for breakfast or to check out. For two days no one cleaned our rooms despite leaving the rooms at 8 am until we complained. The apartment was ok but had very limited service, no teapot, no soap, etc

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer mit Duschbad sind angenehm groß, sodass auch größere Menschen nicht anecken.

Ruime en schone kamer. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Kaartjes klaargelegd om met de tram naar het centrum te gaan. Ook een heel mooie tuin/binnenplaats.

Kleines, ruhiges Stadt Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und einem sehr leckeren Frühstück - einfach top!

Sehr nette Gegend, das Hotel wird mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Im Sommer mt dem vorhandenen Swimmingpool wahrscheinlich noch viel attraktiver. Neben der Freundlichkeit ist auch hervorzuheben, dass ein Fahrschein für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ausgehändigt wird.

This hotel is located 45min walking distance from the center of Dusseldorf (the old city). The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. Not that big. Breakfast was OK for a 4-stars hotel.

Gigantische kamer, compleet uitgerust. Zwembad deed deugd. Beperkte keuken in restaurant en bediening beetje traag, maar het is tenminste vers klaargemaakt. Ontbijt dik in orde.

Uitstekend ten opzichte van stadcentrum. Gratis O.V. in een kwartier in het centrum . Zeer rustig gelegen. Prima ontbijt, buiten in de tuin.
