Hotel Haus am Zoo

Einfach vom ersten Moment bis zur Verabschiedung freundliche, herzliche Angestellte. Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht und habe mich dort pudelwohl gefühlt. Toll. Toll, das es eine solche familiäre und trotzdem dezent zurückhaltende Hotelkultur überhaupt noch in großen Städten gibt. Enorm schön zu wissen, dass die riesigen Hotel-und Touristikunternehmen noch nicht alles auf kaufen und platt machen konnten. Hier habe ich Gastlichkeit seit langem wieder hautnah erfahren und wertschätzen dürfen. Dafür meinen Dank.

Nothing like you described in the web. It was far away from the hotel apartment smell like it was not used in years stale cigarette smoke. I has to crossed 2 mayor hight roads. I did not stayed there, i moved to a different Hotel. I need a refund.

Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Wir waren im Haus im Garten untergebracht wo es sehr ruhig war. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und der Service super.

Très bon séjour à l hôtel « Haus am Zoo » . Chambres calmes et confortables. Buffet de petit déjeuner délicieux. Quartier calme. Accès au centre par tramway. Billets de transports en commun inclus dans le séjour.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell. Leider ist die Einrichtung bereits etwas älter, jedoch noch voll funktionsfähig und sauber. Mir persönlich fehlte eine Heizung / Klimaanlage im Zimmer sowie ein unten offenes Bett.

First of all, they have a nice staff, are located in a quiet area, about 10 min away from old town with taxi. But: We visited in summer, there was no air condition and no mini bar in the rooms. Rooms smelled strange, like retiring homes... and were old fashioned too. I think the last renewal was some days ago... beds were not comfortable at all and the tv was a joke (by the way, only german tv ;) Nice breakfast and good prices for dinner, there is a lovely garden with pool too. All in all just ok for a short tripp, but i woukdn't recomment it for a longer staying. There are plenty more hotels in dusseldorf, same prices, air condition, new furniture, you know ;) But most important, as i said, nice staff, good food and quiet

Kleines Hotel mit persönlicher Note

I got to know this small hotel in a very quiet residential area by a friend. The staff is super friendly and always assisting for every request you have. It has been mentioned that this hotel is a 3* Superior Hotel which hits the point quite blank. You can find anything you need in the rooms. They are very clean just the furniture needs an update as especially the beds are not up to modern expectations anymore. However, another big point to highlight - the breakfast! Yes, the buffet is small just due to space constrains but there is everything you need to find on it. Just one of the best breakfast in German hotels. Paired with the special service it might be a reason to return. I just find it a little pricy for such a hotel but this seems to be happen all over Dusseldorf

Super verblijf en alles is aanwezig en netjes. Behulpzaam met openbaar vervoer. Zelfs kregen we gratis tickets voor tram, metro en bus.
