Riviera Hotel & Holiday Apartments

The rooms were clean and lovely and warm. The food is exceptional. This is our second time at this hotel and never been disappointed. Would highly recommend

A very helpful team and a well set up hotel. Large lounge and dining room. Good food with a good choice. A surprisingly large and pleasant pool area with spa pool. And a small gym as well. The bedrooms are a good size and room servicing was excellent.

Fantastic week at the Riviera hotel in Bournemouth for their Turkey and Tinsel event. We visited with a group of friends from Bracknell u3a. Service is excellent from the friendly staff. Food and entertainment were both very good. The hotel is near the local buses so easy to leave the car in their car park and explore the local area.

Clean, friendly, well managed, good food, great prices, big rooms, easy parking, convenient for all major amenities. I would definitely go there again.

Fabulous staff…. so accommodating for our earlier check in with our dog. Room was clean & well equipped.It also included dog treats & a blanket.

Welcomed warmly by the staff at reception on arrival, and was offered an unexpected complimentary upgrade to a family suite with balcony and sea view! I had booked on a very tight budget and it was such a treat Staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming Food in the bar was delicious and service brilliant Room was clean and fresh, a lovely size … and that sea view - perfect! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, i would absolutely recommend a stay here and will stay again … my only complaint - i forgot my swimsuit to use the pool :)

We hired a private room at the Riviera Hotel for a baby shower and it was incredible! The staff were fabulous at organising everything and the room looked beautiful with table covers and sashes. The food was delicious and the venue catered for everyone with allergies in our group. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for helping ensure the event went smoothly! It was such a great baby shower and the mummy to be loved it!

The staff at the reception were very helpful and kind as were all the other staff we came into contact with. The hotel was clean and had great presentation, however the building and the rooms are very tired and dated. The room was clean and the bathroom spotless but again tired and in need of renovation.

Very nice hotel located in a residential area approx 1 mile from Bournemouth City Centre. Rooms are a bit dated but are comfortable and kept very clean. Plenty of hot water and the heating system worked well. Excellent breakfast. Staff very polite and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the experience. Good base for exploring Bournemouth, Sandbanks and the Swanage area.

Very welcoming with immaculate rooms and near beach. Room upgraded without request and dog made welcome with separate dining area would definitely stop again.
