Riviera Hotel & Holiday Apartments

We have visited this hotel numerous times and the rooms are always spotless with comfy beds and room provisions well provided. Mike on reception is charming, helpful and makes you feel welcomed and valued. Really excellent value for money.

I had a lovely stay every member of staff was so polite and happy, I arrived early not a problem all the food I had was super really had a lovely time i intend to return

Had our work do here again and the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. Really good value, lovely meal, good facilities, fantastic disco and beautiful views from the conservatory at breakfast.

We had tickets for a show at the BIC so decided to make a weekend of it. Unknown to us it was a Christmas party weekend and although we had to dine in the bar, we still had the Christmas menu and were invited to join the disco. So overall a very welcoming experience and we were treated as welcome guests.

Stayed here for a Christmas party. Nice room ,plenty of storage for clothes etc. Adequate mirrors, lighting etc. Makes a nice change to see the hairdryer by the mirror! Very good. Good value for money. Food, cleanliness and service was good.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good and quick check in. Room spotlessly clean , one teeny thing, the door out onto the balcony needs a canopy over it to stop any rain coming in. Breakfast excellent, very good choices, helpful staff. The pool is lovely. I could not fault anything, my little dog came with us and was made welcome. We will visit again.

A brilliant party with a superb meal. Service by all staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable. A real party atmosphere.

Cheap, tired and grubby If you’re looking for a personal approach and friendly welcome you won’t get it here The management are only interested in taking your money at this hotel Do not expect them to prioritise customer satisfaction or deliver a high standard of customer service You won’t get it here

It was a hospitable stay with our puppy and the small gestures of a dog blanket, dog treats, breakfast area in the pub with our puppy and everything was so kind. We had issues with our shower head, and was fixed immediately. We loved our stay here and would be more than happy to stay again.
