Clean friendly staff good service very satisfied with stay

Enjoyed our stay. Room clean and comfortable. The food was enjoyable and all your staff were excellent,efficient and helpful. Consider our stay good value for money. Whilst your hotel is lovely and quiet it isn’t very easy to get to the beach and front,especially for those with limited mobility. Fortunately we were on a coach tour so didn’t feel isolated. Unfortunately we didn’t see hardly anything of Bournemouth Enjoyed entertainment too

Very friendly staff. Clean and comes with a heated pool! Receptionist was kind and upgraded us to family room for a nominal fee. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

I recently stayed at this property, and while the room itself was [fine/adequate], the management and billing practices are an absolute disaster. The Issue: During my stay, the hotel managed to fraudulently charge two different credit cards for the same room. Because of this double-billing error, one of my primary accounts was flagged for fraud and immediately disabled by my bank. The Response (or lack thereof): The most frustrating part wasn't just the technical error—it was the appalling lack of communication. When I approached staff to resolve the query: Total Apathy: The front desk seemed uninterested in the fact that their mistake had left me without a functioning credit card. Poor Communication: I was given no timeline for a refund and no explanation as to how a second card, which shouldn't have been on the active bill, was even charged. Zero Accountability: Every attempt to follow up was met with "we'll look into it," with no actual resolution or manager callback. The Verdict: I now have to deal with the fallout of replacing a card and disputing charges because the staff here is either untrained or simply doesn't care about their guests' financial security. Avoid this hotel if you value your peace of mind and your bank account balance.

Overall a very pleasant overnight stay in a family room. My grandsons loved the bunk beds. Plenty of hot water and good bedding. Very dated room, but had what we needed. Access to reasonable sized pool, a bit on ghe chilly side but a shame the hot tub/jacuzzi wasn't working. Very pleasant receptionist and restaurant manager who had a great interaction and provided a good service. Food was lovely. Use of pool table, table tennis and table football located in the comfortable bar area. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Would definitely stay again.

Location was convenient due to the nature of our visit, being within walking distance to the beach at alum chime and playground was great for our toddler. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, room was clean albeit abit dated which wasn't an issue for us, as we were upgraded free of charge to one that overlooked the sea which was pleasant. Breakfast was nice with a good range to choose from with continental and cooked options, only thing that could have been better was the pool being slightly warmer and the jacuzzi being in operation, but this was under renovation which was clearly labelled upon booking and at the hotel itself.

●A truly lovely hotel, smart, clean. Rooms a little dated but clean . ● could not fault the reception staff, waiting staff and Rihanna from the bridge bar. All so polite and friendly. The only let down sadly was the food as we were on half board 😕 great need of improvement . Apart from that well done the Riviera!!.

This hotel is in an excellent location for access to the nearby beach. The rooms are comfortable with little outside noise. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. This is the third time we have stayed here and always enjoy our stays.

No jacuzzi as advertised. Terrible water pressure in rooms, can't wash hair. Sadly, this hotel is going downhill fast.
