Great rooms, hot baths generous breakfast, delicious scrambled egg and mushroom. Staff great. Games area: table tennis, table football, pool. Swimming if you want it. short walk down to the access to the beach and a world away for a two night brrak. just the ticket, Thank you

We had the pleasure of your Valentine's Day offer and we must say we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room looked stunning and the food was delicious - great menu choice and perfectly executed. this was our 2nd visit to the hotel and there will be many more - great value for money.

We have been here several times before because of the complete experience. From the second we got there it was like being one of the family. Nothing was too much. Staff friendly and polite. Room clean. Our welcome treats were great! Food is as always excellent. Couldn’t fault anything. 10/10.

The room, breakfast, hotel was great. We loved it. A minor shame was that the games room pictures on booking.com didn't match what was there. Specifically the toddler/infant corner which was a reason we booked the hotel to help entertain our early riser. Thank you to all the polite and helpful staff during our stay.

This hotel has amazing staff, they accommodated us very well, making sure we were happy and content during our 2 night stay. Changing our room to a bigger one with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. They have lovely dining areas and a cosy bar with a games room. The breakfast was lovely, having everything we needed. I would give this hotel 5 stars, if not for the rooms needing updating. (But they were clean with comfortable bedding) and the hot tub not working during our stay. If these were sorted, it would be perfect. I would like to give an extra thank you to the lady (reception) and man who who served breakfast and lovely coffees on Thursday the 12th February they made our stay enjoyable and comfortable... I'm sorry I don't know your names. But much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel. Great location too.

The Riviera is a great place to stay, the rooms are well looked after, I always have a sea view and balcony, which is worth the cost just for the views and sunrise. The restaurants team are always friendly and look after your needs, a special shoutout for Adam the restaurants manager, he remembers guest’s details and that for me, makes a difference. It is close to the beach and promenade, bit of a steep hill up and down, but there is a carpark at the bottom and about a 5-minute drive. This is the only place I will stay at when visiting.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful our room was drafty around the window and door plus the top window had a piece of ply in the window and had not been replaced. Good value and loved the art decor room/bar.

Excellent coach trip staying at the hotel, good food and staff. Comfortable rooms with single rooms available. Very good value.

Overnight stay, visiting customers in the area. Very warm welcome, and easy check in. Clean comfortable room. Hot powerful shower, and bath. I had a good nights sleep. Didn’t have breakfast. Efficient check out. Great value for money.
