The Victoria Hotel & Source Spa

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly, rooms nice with sea view. Great location. Small pool but have steam room and sauna and had excellent massage. Restaurant nice, good food and service. Would definitely go back. There is an outdoor pool but closed in winter.

Can’t find any fault with this hotel.Every aspect of my stay was perfect.The room was comfortable and well serviced.The meals were beautifully presented and delicious,a good range of options to suit all tastes.Staff very attentive.

We joined a group of friends who had booked the Victoria Hotel at Sidmouth for a weekend in February. The weather was wet and windy outside but we were looked after superbly inside, with good food and friendly service. It is more expensive than we would normally pay, but you certainly get what you pay for here.

We had the best stay, the food was amazing, lovely, clean spa. Very relaxing stay. Room was amazing and very comfy beds :)

We had a lovely night at this hotel. We used the spa which had a decent sized pool, lovely jacuzzi and sauna rooms. I had a massage which was perfect. The hotel had a gym but we didn’t use this. A very relaxing hotel by Sidmouth sea front and very convenient for both the sea and the town. We ate out for dinner but we had a very nice breakfast, my husband had a full English and they catered for me as I had a vegan breakfast which was delicious. Even when I asked for margarine instead of butter they were able to bring me this. The hotel was very opulent and relaxing with a lovely lounge area over looking the sea. We had a beautiful sea view room. We would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room but this didn’t affect our stay. We would definitely stay again, they made us feel very welcome. Thank you.

A lovely appointed room (311), good value for money and engaging staff. The dining experience has so much improved from previous visits which was absolutely fantastic; we did pass on our comments to Management; very much improved. Comfortable and clean rooms and we will be back!

Fantastic couple of nights, relaxing and enjoying fantastic food. Storm Ingrid kept us entertained with great panoramic views.

AWFUL..ruined by maintenance noise in the room next door. so much so, we had to go out when all I needed was a couple of quiet days away. Hotel did not inform me it would be too noisy. I did register a complaint and was offered a discount on a futrure booking - but won’t go back.. I’d saved for a long time for a little break and it was ruined. they were using an angle grinder during the day!!!!

An excellent stay that was relaxing and refreshing. All the staff were 5 star - friendly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I will return.
