Everything was perfect! The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and our room was impeccable. Excellent shower with great pressure, and a bath too! Beds were very comfortable with high quality pillows, duvet and linen. We also had dinner which was outstanding. Simple menu but very high quality, and excellent wines which have clearly been selected by the hotel, and not the usual rubbish with a high margin (try the Romanian red). Also real ales and in the morning I noticed that the barman was flushing the pipes which probably explains why they were so good. The breakfast was also superb with freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel is spotless and there are lots of small details where you can see that they are making every effort to ensure a perfect stay.
