Staff were amazing, Hotel decor and touches were wonderful. The renovation is fantastic. Could open the windows

Bed was small and could hear people talking in the next room

Just got back from the Wainstones Hotel. What a great stay. Lovely staff. Super room ( Ruby ) Have stayed in the old days before it was modernised.Was very pleasantly surprised It's a lovely hotel, in a great situation, lovely breakfast. Need a full length mirror in the room and a tip box for the great staff! Otherwise 100 out of 100. Will be back.!

Everything. Decor was lovely throughout. Rooms lovely. Staff great. Good food.

Breakfast was very good, great staff. Just had a big renovation, very clean and lovely rooms.

We were there 3 nights and there was only 1 vegetarian option so we ate elsewhere all 3 nights. The room overlooked the kitchen yard and the kitchen door was constantly slamming with staff going in and out all day and well into the night. Don’t book the room called Potion if you want a quiet room.
