Nice room. Good value. Great location close to water.

Very comfortable with great views of the sea

Lovely position but a bit run down and no sound proofing meant we slept very little as people up stairs were moving around all night. Floor boards creaked badly.

We liked the friendliness plus helpfulness of the Owner as well as his Staff. Will be staying there again. Geof

No one at reception when we arrived and no way of getting room keys.very poor way of running a hotel,so we left

The room is not clean, not tea spoon to make a coffee, very dusty on the windowsill, dressing table and in the toilet. Look like not been used for a long time but not checked before we arrives. Very noisy in the night the noises of doors slammed from other room, The location is good.

Friendly helpful staff, lovely beach view, clean & cosy little room, very comfy bed

Creaky beds, dirty room, noisy corridor (was opposite the cleaning cupboard or something...staff slamming doors very early in the morning).

Day to day service was ok but needs a deep clean. I booked a double room but the room was very small, really a single room. The room was very cold, the heating only came on first thing in the morning and late evening.
