Nice hotel on sea front with parking and good friendly staff. Rooms pleasant and clean

Amazing veiw, room tiny, bed comfy manager very helpfull, however this hotel needs total refurbishment . I guess this is reflected in the cost.

It's a very good budget hotel only 2 stars you get what you pay for fantastic for 30 pounds per night if your not bothered about breakfast and just need somewhere to sleep this is the place for you great sea views

Unfortunately my room substandard. Tiny and view of alleyway. However i imagine other rooms are not like this. Was passable especially as only a work base.

Hotel is perfectly adequate for the price paid. Clean rooms with hot water throughout the stay. Lovely flat walk into the town. Unfortunately not for us again as it was quite noisy outside of the room ( badly creaking floorboards, very close to a trainline etc) It is hard to be negative though because it does give value for money in many aspects with the location alone worth giving the hotel a try if you are on a budget,

The view was its only redeeming feature this time around. This hotel seems to be a hotel of two halves. When I stayed before had a lovely room overlooking the sea, reletively clean what you would expect from money paid. This time room small bed comfortable but was very dirty especially the toilet.

After a long drive, was defiantly worth it, lovely views all round good stay

The hotel is in a beautiful location and ideal for looking round Torquay. People say it’s dated yes I agree but value for money for a nights stay far outweighs any negative points.So go with an open mind and enjoy the convenient lovely location it’s great.
