"Dirty"

Very dirty. Our rooms had bugs and a collection of hair in the corner. Staff tried to help us move rooms, but the other rooms had the same issue. There was a damp smell coming from the first bathroom, second one was better.for the price, absolutely not worth it. Staff said its because the hotel is being refurbished, but we were never told of this beforehand.

The dirtiness and the relative price for what you get. Didn't expect this from a Ramada, and to be honest, I wouldn't even expect Travelodge to be this unclean.

The room was very dusty, there were renovation work going on, AC didn't work, the wardrobe was dusty and the two fans in my room blew dusty, had a terrible day afterwards as I couldn't sleep properly at night and had terrible hay-fever the following day.
