Great location and price, food incredible.

Room too hot, air con not working, had to ask for fans, quite uncomfortable to sleep in such a hot room Reception staff not very helpful or welcoming on arrival.

The overall hotel was lovely. The room i stayed in was very outdated, but they were undergoing a full refurb. I guess i fell unlucky with the room, as the reception, bar and restaurant areas all looked newly done. The manager did let me know they were changing the door locks whilst i was there and asked if the noise would bother me. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast and dinner were both great.

I don't think the cleaner did a great deal. She half heartedly made the bed. The coffee / milk etc. in my room wasn't filled back up.

The Staff

No Air conditioning . Couldn’t get any sleep. A fan was in the cupboard but the noise and the actual fan was rubbish. Definitely not going there again.

We were moved as ants in the first room. The place could be good, just needs a refurb.

"Great for business travellers"

The hotel is a short drive from the centre of town but also conveniently close to the M5 for business travellers. It's clean and tidy and the rooms are a generous size. The bar area and restaurant are a stylish refuge after a long day and I enjoyed my meal before crashing in the my room. The vegetarian breakfast the next day had an interesting twist in the form of aubergine dip, which I love. The car park was a safe and spacious place to leave my work vehicle. The price was more than reasonable.

Nothing important. I'm sure I'll stay here again when travelling for work.
