Argyll Hotel

Always stay in this hotel when in Dunoon, its a great location & staff are always so helpful & friendly. Both restaurants in the hotel are excellent, they have great choice of menu's available & food is always amazing, staff always have a smile on their face when serving you.

Its not that I disliked the hotel but the interior of the hotel is a little dated now, it could do with a modern makeover but don't let this put you off, the rooms are always clean & tidy & the beds are fantastic, very comfortable indeed, they have everything you'll need for your stay. You'll always have a great stay in the Argyle Hotel

Location was ideal and view from room was excellent

Very dated and old. For the price we paid for one night (£112.50) not to include breakfast, was really poor and not value for money

The staff were excellent very helpful It was clean and comfortable . But a little investment here and there But on the whole pleasant and friendly

It could do with an upgrade and a little investment Its an old hotel so allowances have to be made

Excellent location near to ferry terminal. Bathroom was modern and room clean.

Good location and very nice staff. Italian restaurant was great. The bathroom in our room was super.

Rooms could do with a refresh, there were yellow stains on the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling off a little bit. The mattress was flat and hard and the pillowcases on the extra pillows had suspicious marks on them so we didn’t use them.
