"Absolutely lovely stay."

The hotel and its grounds are so pretty and well kept. The buildings are so charming with its detailed architecture, so nice that they have embraced the older details rather than modify everything like most hotels do. The staff were all so helpful and kind, especially the lady at reception (I'm so sorry but I forgot her name) she was very accommodating and lovely. The waiter who served us at breakfast were also nice and efficient. The food was lovely too, with a mixture of continental and hot food available, including nice vegan/vegetarian options. We stayed for a short one night stop for when we went to Wembley for a show but would definitely stay again for longer for when we are next down there. Thank you for a lovely stay, Michaela and Jan, room 203 :)

Historic hotel - staff are very helpful and friendly. Fabulous location - unique in my experience.

Hotel is a bit tired and the restaurant is not great -very sadly not much is made of connection to Gilbert and Sullivan any more.
