The breakfast food was nice when it eventually arrived. Staff were friendly. Booked a balcony room this was nice too to have a door out on to a large balcony. USB charging ports. Antifog mirror in bathroom.

The room was very dated. Furniture was tired, bed frame was tatty. Room service food was horrible, serviced in cardboard cartons with a wooden fork to eat with! TV reception was terrible. Water pressure in bathroom was poor, sink tap dribbled water backwards so it went all over the counter top, and don't get me started on the shower curtain, why do hotels still have these, about a foot of room to shower all while being groped by soggy curtain that's as clinging as cling film! Breakfast area left unstaffed causing delays with getting food and when you're there for business and not pleasure timing is key!

Our bathroom door managed to get stuck/lock first thing in the morning which was inconvenient but rectified quite quickly
