Lovely Historic hotel. Access to your room might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Also, breakfast was great but dinner was out of this world

All Staffs were (are) very kind to try our stay more comfortable. The hotel is romantic with excellent location. We want stay again perhaps in Christmas season next.

Lovely character excellent food

Charming hotel in a great location, lovingly updated, Earlier reports of a brusque check in by Julie at the desk also experienced by us. Yes, request a canal view, but don’t expect to get one unless you meet whatever subjective criteria she sets. Only hotel in many years of travel where I was asked to show both of our passports. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. Very large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, deep enough that a shorter person may have trouble climbing in, even with a lit tub step-in, that may have been added after the fact. Careful not to stub your toe or trip on it, as it intrudes into the sink area. Very nice bathroom soaps and lotion. Nice and several in room coffee options. Printer at guest computer is out of reach and not functioning. Front desk didn’t seem to even know there was a guest printer. There is a bar area in front of the entrance to the hotel, along the side. Room information sait it was open straight through. It was not. Breakfast area quite lovely. Natalia was delightful in every way., and does a very nice job, seemingly all by herself, attending to the guests and the presentation of the very nice breakfast buffet.

A wonderful boutique hotel, and a great location. The staff we’re all super friendly, hard-working and eager to please.

Classic old building but the bathroom was new. Beautiful from the outside and the lobby as well. Restaurant isn’t open on Wednesday nights for dinner.

Well located just near Little Venice. We stayed in the annex. Modern spacious room with view over river. Coffee machine and microwave. Probably not quite the ambience of the old part of the hotel but pleasant. Buffet breakfast was good. We didn’t use the restaurant otherwise as there are so many other options nearby.

A beautiful hotel in the beautiful old town of Colmar. My room was extremely comfortable with one of the best beds I have slept in, with good quality linen and cloud like pillows. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and advice on various tours and breakfast staff were very attentive. “Little Venice” is a very pretty part of Colmar and the breakfast view along the canal is well worth the stay. Thank you for my enjoyable stay.
