Hotel Le Maréchal

Stayed one night in Colmar. Great view of the canal. Room was very small but this is France. Lovely breakfast and perfect location. The hotel is a piece of history. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here due to the location and we were not disappointed. The staff is excellent and very helpful. They got us an excellent diner reservation for Sunday night via email before we arrived. We rented one of the off site garages for the car-at most a 5 minute walk

Top notch location and staff. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We would highly recommend staying here to enjoy everything Colmar has to offer

Old hotel with a lot of charm. Helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Might be difficult to navigate if you have mobility issues due to the nature of the building being a conversion from an old building.

We had a nice stay. The location is excellent in the heart of the old town. The room and linens were fine and the bathroom was large with two sinks and drying rack. The room was on the 4th floor, but the elevator only went to the third floor and the stairs were narrow. The staff speaks English and was very helpful. We did not eat in the hotel as there were numerous restaurants nearby. We were definitely stay there again.

Front desk customer service was deplorable staff was so comfortable walking away from customers instead of helping them to where they needed to go. Two instances we were there for a wedding the staff instead of looking up to which venue we had to go to they sent us all to an Indian wedding reception which we were not a part of. Not all staff members the ladies were more accommodating and took out the time to flip through to find which venues.

This is a very charming historic hotel in a perfect location of Colmar. Everything in super clean . And things have been updated while keeping the very authentic look and feel. The beds were very comfortable and our room was spacious. We were in the third floor with the first being floor zero.

Lovely old property right on the edge of Little Venice, with charming rooms and a little restaurant and bar. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator, but given the age of the building that’s to be expected (just be forewarned of you have limited mobility).

The staff is very friendly, however the room is really old, the carpets are worn, and the hotel is not a 4 star quality. The bathroom is updated, however the shower doesn’t have a door, so the water splashed all over the wooden floor.

Adorable historic timbered building. Large rooms with plenty of storage space and large closet. The bathroom is large and updated with an air jet tub.The restaurant on site is very good with water views. Location is excellent. Staff was great
