Staff was super nice and accommodating. We had multiple issues and they tried helping us as good as possible

We hit a heatwave and the AC was absolutely not working as expected. We initially received a room at the top floor with a room temperature of 29C. After complaining, we were kindly moved to another room with a room temperature of 25C - much better but still not good enough when travelling with kids (one of which a baby). Additionally, in the evening, the room was full of flies (like 15-20 flies) which came in through the ventilation, I assume, since all windows were closed. We had to leave the hotel late at night as the kids couldn't sleep in the heat.

When I made a reservation at Booking.com, there was an on-site payment condition for the hotel, but the payment was made right away at the time of reservation. The air conditioner in the room made big noises, I couldn't go to bed until 11 o'clock at night while they fix it.

Excellent position, very hospitable and helpful team, beautiful setting.
