Hotel Beaucour

This was a really charming hotel. The beds were comfortable and sleep was great. I loved the sparkling water on tap in the lobby and also that coffee was available at all times. This is a lovely gesture for guests. The problem we had was with a leak in the room above ours. Brown water was dripping through the ceiling and got my clothing wet. The lady at the front desk wasn’t sure how to handle this and only apologized. We had to ask for plastic bags for my clothes. Nothing else was offered to remedy the situation. I then had to spend valuable travel time trying to find somewhere to launder my clothes before they molded. I am not sure how this is acceptable to a hotel that says they are 4 star, but they just shrugged it off and offered nothing. They were so many good was this could have been handled.

Die WLAN Verbindung war nicht sehr stabil. Das Zimmer hätte eine bessere Beleuchtung haben können.

Excellent location, very comfortable beds and pillows, large shower and separate toilet. Carpark directly across the road.
