Appartement propre et bien aménagé, très bien placé (rue commerçante proche du front de mer). Les échanges avec l'hôte sont fluides.

Centraal gelegen vlakbij tramhalte en strand. Vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. Alles was netjes.

Better than expected! Very good location, and the apartment had plenty of space and felt secure once inside. There was even a sun umbrella and beach towels available, which was a nice touch. Communication with the establishment was smooth and easy throughout. Highly recommended!

Wie im letzten Jahr waren wir dort, da es nah am Strand und am Eventgelände des IM gelegen ist. Die Wohnung hat Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und ist mit einer Küche wie auch WC/ Dusche ausgestattet. Es hat einen Lift in die 4. Etage allerdings nicht in die 1. zur Reception. Das Zimmer hat Doppelglas wegen dem etwas lautem Strassenlärm und eine Klimaanlage. Damit kann man auch bei Hitze gut schlafen. Nebenan hat es einen kleinen Laden und genug Restaurants für den ganzen Tag. Wer gerne baden geht, hat nur 200m zum Kiesstrand und es stehen Schirme und Handtücher bereit zur Nutzung. Zum Essen empfehlen wir die Pizzeria in Richtung Altstadt und nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett und reaktiv und hat alle Probleme anstandslos und schnell erledigt.

Der Lift geht zwar in die 4. Etage aber nicht in die 1. und ist nur für zwei Personen. Mit Rennrad ging es gerade noch so aber das muss dann aufrecht in den Lift und man muss sich dann daneben stellen. Das Kanapee oder Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer müsste mal ersetzt werden. Es hält nicht mehr so gut zusammen. Wir haben es aber nicht genutzt, da wir Abends totmüde waren.

L’emplacement juste au-dessus du casino Express, la propreté des parties communes, l’ascenseur pour aller au quatrième étage, la sécurité pour accéder à l’appartement.

Beaucoup de bruit chaque matin entre le passage du camion poubelle et du camion pour laver les trottoirs et des camions de livraison pour le CASINO express. Sinon tout était parfait.(Manque juste un tire-bouchon !😂)

Location, size, and price

A terrible smell of sewer gas in the bathroom made our stay uncomfortable. Probably caused by a non-functioning water trap. We think the apartment was decent and the price was fair, but the terrible smell ruined our total experience!
