Short walk from Alsace tram or Promenade Anglais. Convenient shops, restaurants and cafes. Tidy, clean and roomy apartment. Communication with the owner was great and friendly. I was never concerned there would be a problem (and there wasn’t). Small kitchenette with a big fridge freezer. Huge bathroom that was either recently refurbished or just really good. Decor was neutral and smart if a bit sparse.

A little difficult to find behind a nondescript door and up 4 flights of stairs. There is a lift but it’s the world’s smallest. Enough room for 2 average adults and one medium case. Anything else and you doing multiple trips or practicing Tetris! Once you have found it the apartment itself is ok. The only two complaints I have would be the seat base cushions on the sofa fall off & the pillows are oddly small.

Very good location, well equipped kitchen and the apartment was in good shape.

A lot of noise coming in from the street at night from garbagemen etc.
