Courteous staff. Excellent location. Delicious food. Clean. Elegant furnishings. Quiet room. Given the high cost of accommodation and food at the hotel, bathroom products ( eg soap, bath bubble) were minimal. And a charge was made for small bottle of water from fridge in room

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Central location in the Loire Vally in Amboise right along the Loire river was perfect. And, the rooms spacious and well appointed. Would love to return!

Everything here was perfect. The room was spotless, the staff very accommodating, and the food delicious.

The overall is not our expectation, the attitude of the service personnel who checked in at first was perfunctory! So the dinner was also cancelled! Fortunately, another service person who came back after dinner was a little better. Breakfast is simply not known! The overall price is completely inconsistent.

Great location with a wonderful restaurant (Le 36) - definitely recommend both the hotel and the restaurant for an unforgettable stay in Amboise.

The overall appearance of the property looks a little tired. Some things have been updated (bedroom upholstery), but others still need sprucing up (towels & room furniture). Our room wasn’t one of the high-end rooms, but it was still nice. The staff’s helpfulness was second to none, and will probably be the strongest reason we’d stay here again!
