Close to the station. Lovely staff.

A necessity is continual maintenance and unfortunately the hotel is undergoing an upgrade. As we were out each day it didn’t really bother us and the workmen were pleasant.

Good location, friendly, helpful staff

I chose this hotel because of my previous good experience with it. But it was very disappointing the fact that the hotel was doing inside renovations while accommodating guests. It would have been good to know about this situation ahead of the visit. No heads up were given before the day of our arrival, no discount given. The disappointment comes from this reason. While our room was on a floor where there was no work in progress, the noise and the mess that comes with refurbishing was present in the hotel.

Close to the train station and piazza Maggiore. Very good spot .

Bit noisy during the day, shower very small.

It was easy to reach, just 10 Minutes walking distance from Bus.station..

There was a renovation at whole hotel, and lots of dust...The door of the room was easy to open..We didnt feel ourselves secure..

The location was good. The staff at the reception desk were very nice and helpful and friendly even though they were dealing with complaints through no fault of theirs.

There are renovation works going on in this hotel. They do not inform you about this prior to your stay. The only lift in the hotel is constantly being used by workmen to bring down material. Therefore most times it is occupied or full of dust. Overall the hotel is really dirty, dusty and run down. Owners should shut it down, not keep on taking bookings during renovations. The A/Cs are ancient and ineffective and one is scared to use them. Broken tiles in bathroom, hazardous terraces with ceiling bits falling. Overall this is a real dump and should be reported to health and safety authorities. I felt sorry for the front desk staff who have to face the music. What a shame!

Building work within the building for which the hotel apologised. We should have been forewarned about this.

This hotel was NOT good… we checked in and went to shower only to find out the shower doesn’t drain at all, you can shower for 1 minute max and then it takes 5-7 minutes to drain. Notified the hotel immediately and nothing was fixed in the 3 days we were there. The room had a balcony but the metal rolling cover over it was broken so we couldn’t use it or get any airflow in the room. They were also doing renovations on the floor above ours (which we weren’t notified about in advance) so we paid full price for a room where there was EXTREMELY loud construction from 8 am until 6 pm every day we were there. Nothing about this hotel was relaxing or comforting… we were miserable while we were there. If the room had been refundable we would have moved to another hotel.
