A clean well maintained, friendly hotel with a lovely holiday atmosphere but the five stars due to the joy given to our grandchildren by the whole team, they absolutely loved it. We enjoyed the resort of Salou as a whole and will return, everything you need for a great holiday a short walk away, we particularly enjoyed an evening at the house of illusion. When we do return we will definitely use this hotel. A quick shout out for Facu who kept us supplied around the pool with a permanent smile, however, all staff we came into contact with were friendly and professional. Thank you all.

The hotel was lovely. Smelled so fresh and clean in reception area. the pool area was clean, staff were helpful and friendly.

Everything was lovely, exactly how we wanted our stay to be, a mixture of good vibes and quiet times too

Amazing experience, we all had the best time. The entertainment team were brilliant especially Sara Laia and Guillem. 100% would go again.

El hotel un poco dejado. En mi caso la habitación,grietas, el balcón se veía que tanto barandilla como cristales hacia mucho que no se limpiaba.habitacion mucho polvo y las camas incomodas.
