Fantastisk beliggenhed og fint poolområde.

Bra plass, bra bassenger osv.

Läget var bra det är ca 15 min till tågstationen och 30 minuter till de olika stränderna Gravette (liten sandstrand eller till Pontiel eller Salis sandstrand. Det är fina sandstränder men blir lätt trångt under högsäsong. Antibes gamla stan är också 25 minuters gå avstånd. Gå avstånd 10 minuter till ett litet bageri och en supermarket. Lägenheterna var bra litet men bra planerade. Det fanns få köksredskap. Det var ok städat. Det fanns tyvärr ingen mopp att torka golven. I varje våning fanns det städskrubb med damsugare och en hink att låna. Vi hade tyvärr problem med myror de fick åtgärda med bekämpningsmedel men det hjälpde inte helt myrorna minskade. Personalerna var trevlig och hjälpsamma. Receptionen är öppet dygnet runt. Det fanns två pooler en på taket och en nere. Takpoolen hade en underbar utsikt mot havet och gamla Antibes stad. Dem håller på och bygger nära hotellet det är två kranar som stör under dagen. Vi gillar inte att man tar extra betalt för slutstädningen eller så får man städa själv.

We were at Resideal for two weeks in June and July 2025. There are three adults and four children in our family. We had two rooms, which was very nice. Sofa-bed is very good and mattresses are new. The kitchen has everything you need and shower is good, especially water pressure, which isn't common in most hotels. The balcany is lovely and view there is good. I don't mind a few construction machine, because it's important to take care of the infrastructure. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel's pools are nice and gym is small, but very practical and I got my daily workout done well. Resideal is cleanest hotel where we have ever been and we have traveled to several countries. The hotel Resideal is located very good site. There are train and bus station about 10 minutes by walk and supermarket about 20 minutes by walk. Small food market is located about 500 m from the hotel and there are bakery and pharmacy too. We had a great holiday in Resideal and Antibes. I think that we come back some day. I really want to thank the hotel staff everything and especially about the delivery of shoes.

A terrible experience. The reception is really unfriendly and the worst I have ever encounted in a hotel. The room was not clean with dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. We had bedbugs (Cimex) in the bed!!! Let the reception know and did not get any response. It was probably not the first time.

Nice hotel with great roof top pool & terracing looking out over the harbour & old town. Beautiful small sandy beach was 20min walk away next to the old town. The hotel had an outdoor pool as well surrounded by trees & a small garden. I never booked breakfast during my stay my room had fridge microwave toaster kettle & electric hob, I also cleaned my own room at the end of the stay (€60 option if the hotel cleans the room ) The staff were polite & helpful but be warned there is substantial building work going on right next door to the hotel with 2 massive cranes which swing over the rooftop pool !! … and this will continue for at least 2 yrs … tbh it wasn’t noisy & by the end of my stay didn’t bother me at all. The manager offered to change my room 3 days in but I stayed were I was

Great property with 2 swimming pools with amazing view over the port. 20 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes old town. Both pools great sizes and view from rooftop pool amazing. Great to have an apartment and a small supermarket and boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk. Only point if you are going to cook maybe bring drying up cloth and a small washing up liquid or you have to buy at the supermarket.

Prisvärt, mycket bra pooler för ungarna och kul med takpool. Trevlig personal i receptionen och placeringen av hotellet nära tågstationen passar familj som tågluffar helt perfekt. Pågick ett byggprojekt i närheten som störde lite men det kan man inte lasta hotellet för.

malheureusement il y a de très gros travaux juste à côté du bâtiment. Les travaux commence vers 7h et le réveil est donc brutal.
