Love the location 5 mins walk to train station 15 mins walk to town. Loved the roof pool amazing views of the harbour always got a sunbed. Unfortunately building site next door so if u dont have a sea view room you will be facing a building site which theystarted work at 7am. Definitely cannot use your balcony as its to noisy and dusty.

Unfortunately this was not what I expected. Was more of a youth hostel. You had to clean your whole room, strip beds and towels. Not just leave room clean, fully deep clean. N shampoo, only 1 towel for a 5 nights stay. Surrounded by building works. The price doesn’t reflect the lack of service. I was woken by a fire alarm. We had to wait outside for the fire engines to come. Nobody told us what was going on, no staff to let people know it was a real alarm. No help. Had to wait outside for over an hour with nobody telling us anything. No apology. Nothing. I felt very very unsafe

Studio Sofa bed couldn't work so slept in a bunk bed which is for a child mattress like concrete. Apartment cold wales are very thin. Only good thing was pool and Manager Antony who was amazing and his staff. I wasn't told about building works which was a total disaster @Booking.com didn't notify me. They didn't help me when I sent them an email. They offered me £43 00 compensation It was a total dreadful experience workers started at 7.am

Cleanliness was good, hotel room is currently adjacent to a large building site so there was a bit of noise from there but not so bad. Staff were helpful. They don’t provide any dish washing tablets for the dishwasher or soap or tea towel, which was inconvenient as we where only there 3 nights and didn’t seem worth buying these items for such a short stay. Other than this it was a good base which provided access to a beautiful location as it is in walking distance to Antibes and the train station so you can go visit other local towns. Overall I would return.

Bra läge på hotellet. Fina pooler där dock renligheten runt poolerna kunde vara bättre. Köksutrustningen är sliten. Bra pris, dock enkel standard på rummen

Dirty the place was very dirty!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. First and foremost, there was no internet connection available for 5 of my 7 night stay which made it incredibly difficult to get any work done or stay connected. When I tried to raise the issue about the internet they made no effort to assist. Communication was frustrating, and it felt like the staff had no interest in addressing my concerns at all. The staff were unhelpful and downright rude. I went to the reception desk 5 times during my stay to speak to a manager and not one was ever there, so i decided to send an email instead but i got no reply...yet i received an email after my complaint to inform me of my check out instructions 2 days later. In light of the inconvenience caused, i felt that i could atleast get some fair compensation. I believed that by them adding no prior checkout cleaning (Yes, you have to clean your own apartment upon check-out) to the end of my lease at no additional cost would be a reasonable and appropriate remedy. However, the two ladies at reception just laughed when i mentioned this and threatened to take my deposit that i put down upon check-in. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations. There are plenty of places that value their guests and offer the basic amenities that travelers now rely on.

Il s’agit davantage d’une location de studio Pas de savon, d’éponge, de gel ou autre Il faut tout acheter et rien à part 1 papier toilette Accueil moyen et systématiquement faire un code pour rentrer donc plutôt blasant. Femme de ménage qui parle fort Bref pas cher ne veut pas dire qu’on ne peut pas avec pas grand chose faire beaucoup mieux

Although this hotel was a good base, great for sightseeing and close to the train station, there didn’t seem to be any information prior to booking to let people know its next to a large building site, which started work at 6.30 ! Also the communication between staff and customer service wasn’t the best. I had no water and electricity for hours and was told twice it would be on later, which it wasn’t, had to complain and was moved , not a nice experience which got my holiday off to a bad start , was only there 5 nights. Also , everything is rationed, towels, toilet rolls, breakfast was served on a tray, not buffet . Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
