L'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

Un besoin réel de faire modifier/réparer la climatisation, qui ne marchait pas ou très mal. Ils m'ont assuré faire le nécessaire prochainement.... mais pas quand j'étais là...même si ce n'était qu'un weekend.

Emplacement et personnel ( surtout une réceptionniste dont je ne connais pas le prénom et un veilleur de nuit très efficace qui s'est occupé à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de bruit comme la veille). Le réceptionniste de la nuit précédente n'avait rien fait

Les portes qui grincent.... Insonorisation moyenne .. Une nuit très bruyante à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.... Un réceptionniste inexistant pour éviter ce genre de problème
