Excellent hotel in a very central location. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Nulla tranne l’ottima posizione

Il comportamento della gestione dell’albergo nonostante fosse già più di una settimana che l’aria condizionata era rotta come si evince dalle recensioni dei clienti ( vedi foto ). Ci hanno mandato un messaggio solo al nostro arrivo il giorno 29 maggio dicendoci che vi erano dei ventilatori nelle camere faccio presente che in quei giorni a Tolosa c’erano ben 36 gradi. I problemi purtroppo possono capitare ma la struttura doveva avvisarci prima in modo da poterci permettere di scegliere se recarci lì. infatti dopo una notte insonne la stanza era bollente siamo scappati

Gostei da localização e da simpatia de todos, o pessoal foi sempre simpático e agradável.

O quarto era diferente das fotografias, o que me deixou algo desagradado. O pequeno almoço também era limitado. O elevador era antigo e pequeno.

Sólo la ubicación. MUY cerca del centro. Y, el desayuno, sin ser una maravilla me pareció correcto, si bien se toma es el sótano, en un habitáculo muy pequeño y poco acogedor

NO ES UN 4 ESTRELLAS, NI DE LEJOS.Las instalaciones muy descuidadas. No había aire acondicionado ( se había estropeado hacia una semana, y, nos decían que era una pieza que se rompió, que la "habían pedido a Amazon" y no les llegaba.! Increíble¡ ( eso sí, nos dejaron un ventilador

The room was fine and staff were fine. Location excellent.

I couldn’t stay. It was 33c outside and the air conditioning was broken. Not repairable for a few days. I asked to be moved to a hotel nearby and they helped me do that. I was grateful to the customer service people. Waiting to confirm my refund from Booking.com

Excellent location

I booked this hotel expecting the standards of a 4-star property, including a functioning air-conditioning system. Unfortunately, the AC was not working due to an electrical issue, and with temperatures around 36°C, the room became unbearably hot. As a result, I was unable to sleep. I reported the problem to reception and was told it was a technical fault. I understand that such issues can happen. However, since the key feature I paid for was unavailable, I requested a refund. I was advised to submit the request through Booking.com and was assured both at reception and again during check-out that I would receive a full refund. After returning home, I submitted the request and received confirmation that it had been approved. To my surprise, the refund amount was only £1. This is not really about the money; it is about integrity. I paid for an air-conditioned room and did not receive the service advertised or paid for. Given that the hotel acknowledged the fault and assured me that I would be reimbursed, I believe a full refund is justified. I would also expect Booking.com to help ensure this matter is resolved fairly. Stay away from this hotel to avoid this kind of situation.

Idéalement situé en plein cœur de Toulouse tout en étant un peu en retrait ce qui permet d'être au calme
