"Ice hotel but with AC issues"

Great location, clean room and excellent breakfast.

Their air conditioning was down. The room was too hot to be comfortable during the day. I had intended to use my stay there partially to rest and recuperate from a long trip and was unable to do so because of the lack of air-conditioning.

La situation parfaite

Pas de climatisation, pas de ventilateur obliger de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes malgré les débordements en ville dus à la victoire du PSG et il faisait 35 degrés à Toulouse ce jour là . La nuit a été courte

Clim en panne, prévenu lors de la prise des clés, aucun geste commercial... Chaleur dans la chambre malgré le ventilateur. Dommage
