Endroit idyllique avec un spa, de nombreux saunas et hammams de différents types, plusieurs piscines. Tout le bâtiment est authentique et se situe dans un joli village alsacien. La piscine extérieure est aussi très agréable et tous les équipements sont modernes et de bonne qualité. C'est un des rares endroits où je retourne régulièrement.

La cuisine excellente, aussi bien au petit déjeuner qu'au dîner! La chambre spacieuse et le lit king size. L'espace wellness et la piscine extérieure.

Les coussins trop mous, le sèche-cheveux bas de gamme et la porte de la douche qui frotte et ne ferme pas correctement. Pas admissible pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Wonderful location near the mountains, peaceful and serene. The staff were friendly and attentive, everything was clean, and the food was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

There were many external visitors in the hotel spa, making it extremely crowded. As a result, we couldn't fully enjoy or benefit from the experience.

Very clean, good noise insulation, the hotel building looks very beautiful from the outside! The city itself is a marvel! From this place it is convenient to travel to other cities. Spa was very good, we took also massages:)

Inside the hotel, the interiors are simple, there is no lounge area where you can sit down with a computer during the day. The cozy bar doesn't open until 7pm. The restaurant is very good service, the food is delicious, but the restaurant is only one with a limited menu, three zone, two of which are very beautiful, but it is difficult to get there. Either they are full or those rooms are closed. You are always seated at the same table throughout your stay..... There are no people at the front desk they have to always wait for you to be noticed from the back office… The bathroom only has shower gel, no cream or hair products, which with a spa is very strange.. i can’t say was feel very comfortable… Not very comfortable for this high price ... breakfast was not included in the price!

It is a nice hotel in a beautiful setting. The hotel has lots of potential as a consequence of this, but we felt it was let down by a few things (particularly the restaurant) and some very strange decisions by management.

Our room was a good size, though expected for the price (£275/night). The decor was quite dated but in fair condition. It could just do with some modernisation and a refresh, still in keeping with the period nature of the property. There were some very strange decisions by the management that did not match our expectation of a luxury spa & gastronomic hotel. 1. Staff generally speak little English. Granted, we were in France, and do speak some French at a basic level. But there were times where we were surprised to not be met with an equivalent level of basic English on occasions where we struggled to communicate in French. Particularly at the bar and in the spa. 2. The hotel is marketed as a spa hotel, and yet the provisions in the room even for showering are very basic. The bathroom included only one basic soap, for showering/bathing and washing hands. We expected (as in every other hotel we've ever stayed in) proper shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion but this was not included. Granted it was provided by reception when we asked, but we shouldn't have had to ask, it should just be there. 3. The pool is small for the number of hotel guests and sun beds, but not a problem. There are seemingly no lavatories anywhere near the pool area (guests are forced to walk into the main building and use stairs/lift to use facilities on other floors). And also, the bar is open only from 2:30pm onwards. So, on hot days (we stayed in August), we were forced to embarrassingly ask for water from the main restaurant (10 minutes walk from the pool), since we could not find anywhere else. There are QR codes all around the pool on the tables and sunbeds, but on accessing the webpage expecting a menu we were instead presented with a message that the service 'had been disabled'. Not helpful. 4. A big let down was dinner at the restaurant. Waiters were friendly enough, but for the price charged (€170 for two people) we would expect better quality.

The staff was friendly and the hotel had a lot of nice sauna cabins. Great wine selection and the vegetarian food and the deserts were super nice!

Regarding the facilities: the number and variety of pools available was a bit disappointing. Also, the cleanliness of some sauna cabins was questionsble. Despite having the AC on on the lowest setting, the room was rather hot (especially at night). The restaurant staff was amazing, however the food itself (and the concept of the meaty dishes, which tried to be hip and fancy) was rather confusing than authentic. Variety of the dishes could have been better. I am harsh on the previous points because of the price point.
