Staff, Location and view from our balcony!

Old property, but kept it nice and comfy.

The very warm welcome we received from all of the staff. The beautiful surroundings within the complex. We had an apartment which was well appointed. Location was excellent for access to trains and cablecars.

The kitchen was well setup except a microwave and/or baking tray for cooking smaller items would have been beneficial. Being in an apartment with a kitchen, it is expected that we would purchase some meals from local supermarkets but the options for cooking these items were limited.

Comfortable. Close to facilities and restaurant. Helpful staff .

Great location with scenic views !

Heater wasn’t working well during first night but the staffs brought portable heater which solved the problem .

I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a true small town feel in the middle of the Swiss Alps. The property was amazing and convenient to all attractions, dining and transportation.

The location and the view were excellent. The staff was very professional to pay attentions to the guests' needs. The hotel spa was good, too.

It was under the hotel renovation and it was noisy in the morning and there was no electricity between midnight and 6 am. I got this information after I booked the room.
