Eiger Guest House - Grindelwald

Location was perfect, close to the station, close to Grindelwald First. Personnel exceptionally kind and helpful not only about the hotel but also in terms of the attractions, their support was great!

Would stay here again

The staff is responsive and innovative in solving an issue with my room. I like the way they own the issue and resolve it right away.

They can put up a couple of more signs to guide the guests to their rooms.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Old and dirty. Bought a Swiffer to mop floors as it was gross. Chair had stains and was full of dust and pet residue; we moved it outside as it was disgusting.

No air conditioning at summer but there’s a portable fan

they have rooms with kitchenette, so we could cook dinner to save money

they don’t provide oil and salt

Nice kitchen for family. Good mountain view on balcony. Spacious rooms for family and kids.

It would be better if the kitchen provide some simple cooking condiments such as oil and salt. Little noise of other building's exhaust system.
