Stunning property. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Allowed a worried free experience in Sevilla. Local dining, attractions, you name it was accesible and led to a “whirlwind” of experiences for us! Sevilla was quite a blur!

Good location, very convenient for main sights, restaurants and bars. Traditional style with a pleasing central covered lobby. Sparsely furnished, would have liked soft chairs. Staff friendly and efficient. Good WiFi with an internet connected TV.

Verry nice personel, esspecialy Alejandro. He helped us with everything. Last day we reciecved a coupon for drinks on top of the hotel. Breakfast was verry nice. Location of the hotel was the best. You can travel on foot to every single destination in Seville.

It was in the middle of old town and close to many restaurants.

Check in process was over complicated and I waited for over an hour to get checked in. At first I was told to wait at the apartment, then I was instructed to come to a hotel nearby. When I reached hotel I had been given complimentary glass of champagne and had to wait another 30 minutes. I have been staying only one day in Seville and loosing that time instead of sight seeing was upsetting and I have missed seeing few points on my itinerary because of that.

Although we were in contact with the owner all day, and she knew our arrival time, she never informed us about the late checkin extra fee. And it was more than %25 of the price per night. The bathroom was disgusting, as proven with pictures. Overall bad service, bad cleaning and such a disapointment !! İnformation about after 21 checkin is only on a small section of booking and cant be seen while booking the room. Its kind of fraud to charge extra for the travellers. We got the keys from a hotel reception 20 meters away which caused us 25 euros for nothing. Be carefull all travellers who just need to use hotel for sleeping.

Property is in a beautiful, lively location. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper - we stayed in the apartment with windows that open to the alley entrance. It was so loud each time someone entered the shared common area, there is no sound proofing and the door slams at all hours of the night and morning. Walls are paper thin, we could clearly hear our neighbors next door singing until 2am. The smell of the apartment and common area is almost unbearable, we are thankful we only had to stay one night - it’s smells strongly of mold/mildew or sewage. We had check out at 11am and needed to store our bags until we left at 12pm - they charged us $20 for one hour of storage. Overall, would NOT book this stay again when visiting Seville.

Great location. Very central. Very clean.

The apartment block is very echo-y when anyone comes in or out or talks in the hall. No sofa, we had to sit on the bed to watch TV. No iron or ironing board. Only one mug. No kettle we had to use a saucepan.

We got a street room next to the entrance door to get into the apartment complex. It could not have been any noisier! Slamming of the door and people shouting all night! Service was good but would not recommend that Elvira room to ANYONE!

Checkin is at another location around the corner. We checked in, then she walked us around where the apartments are located. We were on the 2nd floor. Room was clean with plenty of room for the 2 of us. Problems: The bed was very hard. It’s ok if you like hard beds. Noise was HORRIBLE all night. The walls are extremely thin, and you hear every conversation in other rooms. We heard loud snoring right behind us. Everyone coming in and out for the night was loud in the middle foyer. You hear everything. For some reason, the people above us were stomping around and banging things ALL NIGHT. We did not get any sleep whatsoever. The breakfast was not good, and very pricey for what you get. That seems to be the norm for Spain hotels. We went somewhere else after the first morning, much cheaper and better food. The wait staff seemed more worried about collecting everyone’s money than putting out more food. NOW, Sevilla was SUPERB. We loved Sevilla. Great place to visit.
