Die Lage des Hotels war super. Der Ort ganz toll. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Das Personal war extrem unorganisiert. Bei Fragen konnte einem nicht weitergeholfen werde. Anregungen, wie beispielsweise neues Toilettenpapier oder dass der Tresor nicht funktioniert wurden notiert aber nicht angegangen. Beim Essen wurde man nur sporadisch nach Getränken gefragt und auch nicht über den Ablauf des Essens informiert. Der Pool war deutlich kleiner als auf dem Bild angegeben. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, ihn zu nutzen, da es keine Liegestühle mehr gab.

Gutes Frühstück, gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, nettes Service-Personal.

Zunächst Zimmer im unrenovierten alten Bereich erhalten. Fotos bei Buchung zeigten jedoch lediglich neu renovierte Zimmer im modernen neuen Abschnitt. Preis nicht angebracht. Fotos des Pools sehr wohlwollend aufgenommen, ist in Wirklichkeit deutlich kleiner. Kaum Platz für Liegen. Kompetenz am Empfang mangelhaft.
