Paraíso - Touristic Apartments

Can’t fault this apartment. One improvement will be to offer a fan as there is no air conditioning. It was hot and I could not leave the window open as on lower floor. It’s great that they have a corner for business work with a PC and printer set up. The printer didn’t work. No complains. All good and top rating. Highly recommend. Good value.

Foi uma boa estadia num quarto perfeitamente limpo e moderno... mas sem ar condicionado, sem ventoinha e sem possibilidade de fazer uma corrente de ar. O quarto esteve sempre MUITO quente apesar da temperatura exterior nunca ter passado os 26 graus à hora de pico

Studio propre, neuf, élégant. Terrasse agréable. Chambre exposée au bruit mais ce qui est normal en centre-ville. Quartier touristique et vivant. Bus à disposition. Personnel sympathique et très professionnel. Nous recommandons à 100%

What a lovely little set of apartments straight on the main strip within the Estrada area. The rooms are lovely modern and very very clean. The facilities are great and everything you need is provided The breakfast is basic but well catered for (Lactose-free provided very well for) The rooftop for lounging in the sun was perfect for me and anyone who just wants to lay in the sun for some R&R One point to note is there isn't any Air Conditioning in the standard rooms which was a shame (I missed this as have never come across no air con before I must be a holiday snob lol) However - a fan was provided and it did suffice most days. The bed was a bit hard but hey they are new beds so maybe expected Very reasonably priced for who we booked through and would consider booking again (But the apartments with air-con of course)

Very impressed by the standard of room. All modern fixtures and fittings and everything you need for a self catering holiday. Cleanliness second to none - room cleaned daily, even on our lazy days when we didn't go out till the afternoon! Breakfast options very good. Rooftop solarium, jacuzzi, mini market, cafe and wine bar all on site. The apartment building is situated on the main through road, which means all amenities and bus stops are close by. Still quiet in the evenings though.. no nasty nightclubs nearby! Lovely touches, like robes and slippers for the duration made this place top of my highly recommended stays.

Only spent one night prior to renting a car around the island but it was great! Location is nice. Front desk was friendly and the room was very clean. Price was cheap so really nothing to complain about.

Excellent location nice modern clean accomodation with a very nice convienance and cafe shop street level. Very happy customer.

Auf unsere Reise haben wir die erste Nacht in Funchal verbracht. Der Flughafenbus hält neben dem Apartment-Hotel Paraiso an, so dass es, sogar mit Gepäck, bequem war sich dort einzuquartieren. Allerdings gibt es einige Stufen bis zum Fahrstuhl zu steigen. Das Gepäck wurde sowohl vor dem Einchecken, als auch nach dem Auschecken bei der Rezeption aufbewahrt. Neben dem Eingang befindet sich ein Supermarkt und auf der anderen Straßenseite verschiedene Restaurants. Man kann von dort viele Ziele zu Fuss erreichen. Am nächsten Tag haben wir den Mietwagen abgeholt und sind in ein anderes Hotel, direkt am Ozean umgesiedelt.

Undoubtedly one of the best 3 star accommodations I've stayed in. Reception staff were brilliant and let us check in 2 hours prior to when we were meant to! Room is modern, clean and minimalistic but to a very high standard. I believe we were lucky and got a room on the 3rd floor with a veranda overlooking the street. Great facilities, with a small convience store locationed just below. If I ever return to funchal and need somewhere to stay this would be my first choice. Thank you.
